About Aviator Nexus
Aviator Nexus is a platform built for pilots and flying clubs, tying together a set of connected applications you reach through a single, secure account sign-in.
What Aviator Nexus is
Aviator Nexus is operated by Looking for Traffic, LLC. It is a software platform for pilots and the flying clubs they belong to. Rather than a single tool, it brings together connected applications — including Pylott and Club Planes — under one account, so you can sign in once and use whichever applications apply to you.
You access the platform by creating an account or signing in, including with Google sign-in. Your account is how the platform knows who you are, keeps your aviation records together, and gives you access to the applications below.
What it does and who it's for
The platform is for individual pilots tracking their own flying, and for flying clubs that manage members, aircraft, and shared operations. Its connected applications are:
Pylott — your digital logbook and credential hub
Pylott is a pilot's digital logbook. It lets you record and track your flight time and activity, and store your pilot certificate and FAA-related credential information in one place, so your records and currency details stay organized and accessible.
Club Planes — flying-club management
Club Planes helps flying clubs run day to day. It covers club membership, the aircraft fleet, scheduling and reservations, and billing — including dues, deposits, and flight charges — so members and club administrators can manage shared aircraft and account balances in one system.
Signing in with Google
Aviator Nexus offers Google sign-in as a convenient way to create and access your account. When you choose to sign in with Google, we use your basic account identity — your name and email address — to create your account, identify you on return visits, and let you into the platform. We do not use Google sign-in to post on your behalf or to access unrelated Google data.
For full details on what information we collect and how we use and protect it, see our Privacy Policy. Your use of the platform is also governed by our Terms of Service.
